(collectively known as "Dawdle" for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use), has provided this Privacy Policy for customers, visitors, users, and others (known collectively or individually as "Users") who use www.dawdle.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services, and Websites offered by Dawdle, or its subsidiaries, affiliated, or parent companies, and details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the Website.

1. Information Collection and Use
General
- Dawdle does not require that you register in order to view its products or search its database. Registration is required to create a listing or bid on an item or to use certain interactive features such as posting comments or other content, participating in the blog or forums, and in order to submit ideas and participate in competitions.
- Dawdle collects personal information when you register with Dawdle, when you visit the Website, when you make a purchase, create a listing, or any time you provide information to Dawdle about yourself. Dawdle may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
- When you register, we ask for information such as your name, email address, and other personally-identifying information ("Personal Information"). When you register with Dawdle and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
- When or before you place a bid, Dawdle asks for your credit card information, including information necessary to conduct card and address verification. In addition, Dawdle asks for your address for shipping purposes.

Users Under 18 / Children Under 13
- Dawdle is not intended for use by users under the age of 18. People under 18 are not permitted to use the Dawdle service on their own, and this privacy policy makes no provision for these people's use of the site.
- Furthermore, Dawdle is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Dawdle does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.

Dawdle is intended for use by residents of the United States, its territories, and possessions.
