Does Dawdle have a return policy?
Every seller is authorized by Dawdle to handle any issues with a buyer off-site. Sellers may choose to offer returns or exchanges to their buyers, but they are not required to do so.
How can I tell if my bid won?
Dawdle will send you an e-mail to your e-mail address as soon as we make a match. In addition, you can find all winning bids under "Accepted Bids" in the MyDawdle section.
Can I cancel a bid I've won?
No. All bids are binding, and once Dawdle makes a match, your credit card is charged for the amount of the winning bid.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item; a damaged item; or no item?
Every seller is authorized by Dawdle to handle any issues with a buyer off-site. You should contact the seller directly via the e-mail address provided in your confirmation e-mail to resolve any issues regarding the condition of an item.
What should I do if I receive a pirated copy instead of the original?
You should immediately contact the seller directly via the e-mail address provided in your confirmation e-mail to notify them that you received a pirated copy. Sellers may have purchased product from another party and be unaware that they sent you a pirated item. In addition, you should notify Dawdle that the seller sent you a pirated item. If we receive a substantial number of these reports, we will contact the seller, and if necessary, the appropriate authorities.
When should I contact the seller?
You should feel free to contact the seller via the e-mail address provided in your confirmation e-mail at any time after you have won an item. Good sellers will be courteous and responsive to your inquiry. (Please allow 48 hours for a response from the seller to any e-mail communication that you send.)
What do I do if my item is taking too long to arrive?
If you have not received your item within 10 days of a notification e-mail, please contact the seller of the item using the e-mail address provided in the confirmation e-mail sent by Dawdle. If you cannot resolve issue with the seller in 72 hours after sending an e-mail, you may then notify Dawdle of your dispute via the "Contact Us" form.

All bids on Dawdle are binding and your credit card will be charged when we make a match. If you have purchased the item from somewhere else, please go to MyDawdle and remove your bid from the "Current Bids" section.
What does Dawdle do to protect my purchases on the site?
All of your personal information is sent over top-of-the-line AES-256 256 bit security, the highest available security for Web transaction. We never share, rent, or sell your personal information and your financial information is kept in a secure location only on a very limited basis.
