Professional Selling on Dawdle

If you're a store or a professional seller specializing in video games, systems, and accessories, Dawdle has special tools for you! Professional sellers get the ability to list items under their store name, FTP upload and download privileges, access to a list of all open offers on a regular basis, and priority customer service, including phone support.

To get started, you need to list one item as a test. This allows us to capture all of your store's information without having to give us your credit card and checking information over the phone or via e-mail. Here are the steps you should follow:

Sign up with Dawdle using a generic e-mail address, such as sales@yourstore.com. This e-mail address will be provided to every buyer that buys something from you.
Please register with the name of the responsible party for the store account in the first name and last name fields. This will make communication easier between Dawdle and your store. You can change this person's name in the MyDawdle section at any time.

Once you've successfully listed an item and gotten a confirmation e-mail, just forward the Item Listed confirmation e-mail to us at pros@dawdle.com. Once we receive it, we will turn on your pro seller features, such as store name override. You can also choose to have us create an associated FTP account to automatically create bulk listings through the upload of a simple CSV file.
