Seller ratings are based on previous buyer feedback on three dimensions:

1. Was the purchased item as described?
2. Did the item arrive within a reasonable time frame, given shipping method and distance?
3. Was communication with the seller friendly, helpful, and responsive?

Dawdle combines these responses with information about the buyer's profile information, number of previous transactions, and previous disputes (if any) to calculate these ratings. New sellers on Dawdle have a default rating of 3.0 stars.

Dawdle simplifies the buying and listing process by using well-defined, industry standards for what listed items come with. These standards are:

• 5.New In Box - The item is still in the original factory shrink wrap, with the game, manual, and any other pack-ins intact and untouched
• 4.Complete - Complete with game, manufacturer manual, and manufacturer box
• 3.Game and Manual - Includes game and original manufacturer manual
• 2.Game and Box - Includes game and original manufacturer box / case
• 1.Game Only - Includes the game disc or game cartridge only

Conditions establish a "floor" for the quality of the item being listed.

If an item is between two conditions, the seller should choose the lower of the two conditions. The following gives more details about the specific conditions for this item:

• 5.Item that have never been opened or removed from the manufacturers sealing. Items must be in original shrinkwrap.
• 4.Item still in shrink wrap or looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap, no wear and tear, all facets of product flawless and intact. You could call it "GameStop new".
• 3.No damage at all to manual or box (no scuff marks, no scratching, no cracks, or holes). If it is a disc box, the teeth of the disk holder are undamaged, minimal wear and tear to exterior of item. For cartridges and discs, game must be perfectly playable with no freezing or other unit-specific problems.
• 2.Boxes and manuals (if applicable) are in usable, but have minor cosmetic damage, such as bends or slight discoloration (from sunlight or the like). For cartridges, may have some label damage. For cartridges and discs, game must be perfectly playable with no freezing or other unit-specific problems.
• 1.Boxes and manuals (if applicable) are in usable, but have cosmetic damage, such as holes, tears, water damage, or the like. For cartridges, may have writing, stickers, or damaged labels (these may be formal rental units). For cartridges and discs, game must be perfectly playable with no freezing or other unit-specific problems.

All discs/cartridges must play perfectly to be listed on the site and all manuals, boxes, and/or cases should be in good condition.

The amount of time you want your bid to be valid.

Your bid will be associated with all items that match your seller rating and condition selections for the duration of your bid. You will be eligible to buy any item that expires before your bid expires.

This includes both items that are listed after your bid is placed, as well as those existing before your bid is placed. This allows Dawdle to get you exactly what you want without making you to come back to the site over and over again to check new listings. You can set your bid once, and forget it, until you win an item or your bid expires.

The maximum price you are willing to pay for Dead to Rights, given the seller rating and item conditions you have specified above.

Shipping is always included in your bid. Unlike other sites, we never hide or charge an additional shipping fee.
